Add Falling Snow Effect to Your Photos Using Photoshop


Add Your Image

Add the image that you want to turn to winter time.



Add the Falling Snow Textures

Add these falling snow texture overlays. You can resize, rotate the textures. You can use all three textures or only one.
Set the blend mode of the snow overlay layers to Screen.


Add a Gradient Map to Create the Winter Effect

Add a Gradient Map adjustment layer using these colors: #000000 (location 5%), #6892a6 (location 38%) and #ffffff (location 81%). 

You might have to change the location of the colors if you are using other image.
